Production & Processing Time

Each piece of furniture is made to order. Our typical production timeline is:

Standard Orders: 10-15 weeks

Rush Orders: Available upon request for an additional fee of 20% of the ordered item.

You will receive an estimated delivery date at the time of purchase, which may be updated based on the complexity of your order or material availability.

Shipping & Delivery Methods

Our Delivery Service for all custom furniture orders includes:

  • Scheduled delivery date and time window
  • In-home delivery to the room of your choice
  • Unpacking and light assembly
  • Removal of packaging materials
  • Shipping Costs

Shipping fees vary based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Size and weight of the order
  • All shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout. For orders over ($ 3,000), we may offer free local delivery.

Delivery Scheduling

Once your piece is ready, our logistics team will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. It is your responsibility to:

  • Ensure building and room access 
  • Confirm someone 18+ is available to receive and sign for the delivery
  • If the delivery needs to be rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Delays & Backorders

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather or transportation issues 
  • Custom design revisions
  • We will keep you informed of any changes and work closely with you to ensure timely delivery.

Damages & Claims

We carefully inspect every piece before it leaves our facility. Upon delivery, please inspect your furniture thoroughly. If any damage is found:

  • Note it on the delivery paperwork
  • Take photos and contact us within 72 hours.

We will repair or replace the item as quickly as possible, in accordance with our Return & Warranty Policy.
