Production & Processing Time
Each piece of furniture is made to order. Our typical production timeline is:
Standard Orders: 10-15 weeks
Rush Orders: Available upon request for an additional fee of 20% of the ordered item.
You will receive an estimated delivery date at the time of purchase, which may be updated based on the complexity of your order or material availability.
Shipping & Delivery Methods
Our Delivery Service for all custom furniture orders includes:
- Scheduled delivery date and time window
- In-home delivery to the room of your choice
- Unpacking and light assembly
- Removal of packaging materials
- Shipping Costs
Shipping fees vary based on:
- Delivery location
- Size and weight of the order
- All shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout. For orders over ($ 3,000), we may offer free local delivery.
Delivery Scheduling
Once your piece is ready, our logistics team will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. It is your responsibility to:
- Ensure building and room access
- Confirm someone 18+ is available to receive and sign for the delivery
- If the delivery needs to be rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Delays & Backorders
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Weather or transportation issues
- Custom design revisions
- We will keep you informed of any changes and work closely with you to ensure timely delivery.
Damages & Claims
We carefully inspect every piece before it leaves our facility. Upon delivery, please inspect your furniture thoroughly. If any damage is found:
- Note it on the delivery paperwork
- Take photos and contact us within 72 hours.
We will repair or replace the item as quickly as possible, in accordance with our Return & Warranty Policy.
